At Designer Touch Curtains, Ann Bailey takes great pride in making bespoke curtains, blinds, cushions and soft furnishings to a high standard. Fully trained to City and Guilds standards, all work is completed according to the customers’ requirements and ensures complete satisfaction. Ann is passionate about fabrics, and loves a challenge!

Designer Touch Curtains was established in 2004 to offer a quality curtain making service designing and making curtains, blinds and soft furnishings to City & Guilds standards with the added “designer touch”. Based in Bearsted near Maidstone Kent, we are a small and friendly company offering a professional approach to help our customers with their requirements. We visit trade shows regularly to keep up to date with the latest looks and styles for your fabric choices, poles and accessories.
We can supply a fabulous choice of fabrics and an exciting selection of affordable poles and accessories that can really add the “designer touch” and transform your home. If you want to recreate your room into something modern, or favour a more traditional approach; we have fabrics, trims and tiebacks to suit your needs. Nigel is the technical adviser and IT guru, helping to keep the business running smoothly. He assembles roman blind tracks and resolves technical issues, helping out at the Studio when needed.
Beth helps Ann with admin and preparing roman blinds. She can always be relied upon to help with any tasks. She is accurate, organised and a fast learner. Beth is an asset to the team helping out at the Studio whenever needed.
60 Minute Makeover
Ann Bailey from Designer Touch Curtains was delighted to be asked to help on ITV’s 60 Minute Makeover, supplying bespoke curtains & blinds for the show.
Ann also helped on the day, taking part in the makeover with Nigel and helping with the decorating!
DIY SOS The Big Build
Ann Bailey from Designer Touch Curtains was also delighted to be asked to help on BBC’s DIY SOS The Big Build, supplying bespoke curtains & blinds for the show.
It is always an honour to be asked to help on these shows. This was local - in Maidstone...Ann coordinated a team of curtain colleagues who all helped deliver curtains, blinds & soft furnishings for the family.
